In light of typical safety accident and major risks during the city building operation period, the paper introduces large-scape publicbuilding operation risk management system and functions, establishes large-scale building operation risk database, and develops multi-functionmodules, which has provided some technical reference for domestic public safety and large-scale public building safety operation as well.
