摘要
介绍了BIM技术的概念及其特点,从建设工程的施工准备、施工过程、竣工结算三方面,阐述了BIM技术在工程造价管理中的具体应用,指出该技术可大幅提高工程造价的准确性,提高了工作效率。
The thesis introduces the concepts and properties of BIM technology, describes specific application of BIM technology in engineering cost management from three aspects of building engineering construction preparation, construction process and completion settlement, and finally points out its advantages, such as improve engineering cost accuracy and improving working efficiency.
