大型医院基建项目档案管理工作探讨

以青岛大学附属医院为例,结合大型医院基建项目档案特点,从业主对建档工作不够重视、基建档案管理机制不完善、收集归档材料不及时欠完整、管理硬件不足四方面,分析了档案管理中存在的主要问题,并提出了相对应的对策建议。

Taking the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University as the example, combining with the characteristics of large hospital infrastructure program, the paper analyzes the main problems in the archive management from the insufficient owners＇ attention to archiving, imperfect manage-ment mechanism of the infrastructure documents, incomplete collection of materials, and weak management in hardware, and points out the re-spective suggestions and strategies.
