文章主要针对涂装车间安调期间使用的化学材料,提前对施工化学材料进行检测,防止对后期工艺调试、试生产车身外观质量产生不可逆的影响,造成车身大批量返工,通过研究,建立涂装车间安调期间施工化学材料试验数据库,规范涂装车间安装厂家使用的材料,提前做好工艺调试前的预应。

This paper mainly focused on the chemical materials used during coating workshop installation, detection of chemical construction materials in advance, to prevent the occurrence of irreversible effect on post process debugging and trial production of the appearance quality of the body, causing the body mass rework, through research, establish an adjustment period between the coated loading test database construction of chemical materials, the use of specification painting workshop installation material manufacturers, do pre process debugging in advance.
