制造型企业推进精益管理转型的思考

Transformation of Lean Management in Manufacturing Enterprises

精益管理已经成为当今世界的主流企业管理模式,大力推进企业精益管理转型是帮助我国传统制造型企业适应现代化管理需求的有效途径。针对我国传统制造型企业在精益管理转型过程中出现的重"硬"轻"软",尚未完全在战略层面上关注精益管理转型这一问题,提出了四项建议:从质量发展道路的高度审视制造型企业的精益转型;树立消除浪费的理念,逐步将精益六西格玛的方法向管理领域推进;重视价值流分析,发挥价值流分析的作用;激励员工参与精益管理,构建精益培训的体系。以期通过企业各方面努力,使企业实现向精益化转型的目标。

Lean management has become a mainstrean management mode worldwide. Promoting the transformation of lean management in enterprises works as a feasible approach of assisting our traditional manufacturing enterprises to adjust to the demand of modern management. Aiming at changing the phe-nomenon of a ＂hard＂ heavy industry and a ＂soft＂ light industry, we need to pay our attention of lean man-agement strategically. This paper puts forwards four suggestions： 1. Monitorijng lean management trans-formation while taking quality as the corner-stone of enterprises development; 2. Cultivating the ideas of waste elimination and introducing six sigma to management step by step; 3. Putting stress on value stream analysis; 4. Urging employees to join in lean management and the system construction of lean management training to reach the goal of lean management through joint efforts.
