供给侧结构性改革视角下的企业教育培训体系探析

Discussion on Enterprise Training System from the Perspective of Side-supply Structural Reform

从供给侧结构性改革的大视野出发,分析了企业供给侧结构性改革对企业教育培训的影响,提出了推进企业教育培训供给侧结构性改革要树立的引导市场需求、价值创造、问题解决、回归本质、营销推广等理念以及主要任务,以期企业教育培训适应企业供给侧结构性改革并推进企业教育培训供给侧结构性改革。

From the perspective of side-supply structural reform, this paper analyzes the influence oside-supply structural reform on enterprise training, proposes that we should establish a market-orientedapproach in the side-supply structural reform to create value, solve problems, and seek essence and promote sales, so as to make enterprise training conform to side-supply structural reform and promote theside-supply structural reform of itself.
