鼻尖整形手术的整形效果及临床应用价值分析

Analysis of plastic effect and clinical value of nasal tip plastic surgery

目的研究鼻尖整形手术的临床效果及应用价值,为临床使用提供参考依据。方法选取本院2014年8月-2016年7月收治的88例鼻尖整形患者,随机平均分为两组,根据隆鼻材料的差异,分别行人工真皮整形和硅胶假体整形术,术后随访6个月,记录并发症,6个月后比较术前术后整形效果及满意度。结果 (1)人工真皮组显效例数明显多于硅胶假体组,有效例数、无效例数明显少于硅胶假体组,,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)人工真皮组很满意例数明显多于硅胶假体组,较满意和一般例数组间比较无明显差异,不满意例数明显少于硅胶假体组,差异显著;总满意率为86.4%,明显高于硅胶假体组70.4%,(P<0.05)。(3)人工真皮组出现1例鼻尖发红、1例鼻尖发白,经对症处理后缓解,并发症发生率为4.55%;硅胶假体组出现2例鼻尖发红、1例鼻尖发白,并发症发生率为6.82%,不具有统计学意义,(P>0.05)。结论鼻尖整形手术使用人工真皮较硅胶假体填充的整形效果更好,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical efect and application value of plastic surgery for nasal tip, and to provide reference for clinical use. Methods A total of 88 cases of rhinoplasty patients in our hospital from August 2014 -2016 year in July, were randomly divided into two groups, according to the diference of nose augmentation materials, respectively for artifcial dermis plastic and silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty, after 6 months of follow-up, complications were recorded, and the satisfaction of the shaping efect 6 months after surgery after. Results （1） artifcial leather group were signifcantly more than the number of silicone prosthesis group, the number of valid cases, invalid number of cases was signifcantly less than the silicone prosthesis group, diference, with statistical signifcance, （P 〈 0.05）. （2） artifcial dermis group is signifcantly more than the number of cases with silicone prosthesis group, no signifcant diference between satisfactory and general cases of the array, satisfed with the number of cases was signifcantly less than the silicone prosthesis group, the diference was signifcant; the total satisfaction rate was 86.4%, signifcantly higher than the silicone prosthesis group 70.4%, （P 〈 0.05）. （3） 1 cases of nasal fush, 1 cases of white tip artifcial dermis group, after treatment, thecomplication rate was 4.55%; 2 cases of nasal fush, 1 cases of white tip silicone gel prosthesis group, the complication rate was 6.82%, not statistically signifcant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion the use of artifcial dermis in nasal tip plastic surgery is better than that of silica gel prosthesis, and it has high patient satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
