摘要
目的对于面部具有寻常性痤疮的患者用果酸产品治疗,分析其治疗效果。方法将78例面部具有寻常性痤疮的患者以抽签法分为两组实施不同的治疗,分别给予果酸产品治疗(治疗组)和凝胶治疗(对照组),分析治疗后患者的临床效果、复发率和不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后,治疗组患者的临床效果明显较对照组好,复发率和不良反应数据对比显著低于对照组,组间数据对比存在显著差异P<0.05。结论面部寻常性痤疮会影响患者的外貌,给予果酸产品治疗可以提高患者的治疗效果,且复发率较少,安全性较好,效果明显,值得临床推广。
Objective To treat the patients with acne vulgaris and to analyze the therapeutic efect. Methods 78 patients with facial acne vulgaris patients with randomly divided into the treatment group two were given diferent implementation, acid treatment （treatment group） and gel treatment （control group）, has the situation analysis of clinical efect after treatment, relapse rate and adverse reaction. Results After treatment, the clinical efect of the treatment group was signifcantly better than that of the control group, the recurrence rate and adverse reaction data were signifcantly lower than those of the control group, there was signifcant diference between the two groups P〈0.05. Conclusion Facial acne vulgaris will afect the appearance of patients, given the treatment of acid products can improve the treatment efect of patients, and the recurrence rate is low, safe, efective, worthy of clinical promotion.
