Clinical application of botulinum toxin type A in facial rhytidectomy

目的分析A型肉毒毒素治疗面部皱纹的临床效果。方法选取120例面部老化出现皱纹患者,根据皱纹部位的不同采用不同注射方式给予不同剂量的A型肉毒毒素,观察其治疗效果。结果 120例患者治疗的总有效率为98.3%;患者对治疗效果的总满意度为93.3%。6例患者出现注射局部淤血。结论 A型肉毒毒素在美容整形外科中用于面部除皱效果显著,可有效改善患者面部皱纹情况,提高患者满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efect of botulinum toxin type A in treating facial wrinkles.Methods 120 patients with facial aging and wrinkles were selected.According to the diferent areas of wrinkles,diferent doses of botulinum toxin A were used to observe the therapeutic efect.Results The total efective rate of the 120 patients was 98.3%, and the total satisfaction rate of the patients was 93.3%. Local congestion occurred in 6 patients.Conclusion botulinum toxin type A is efective in facial rhytidectomy in cosmetic and plastic surgery.It can efectively improve the facial wrinkles and improve the satisfaction of patients,and is worthy of popularization and application.
