二氧化锆全瓷冠用于前牙美容修复的临床效果评价

目的通过二氧化锆全瓷冠与镍铬合金烤瓷冠在前牙修复的临床对比,来评价二氧化锆全瓷冠美容修复中的临床疗效。方法选取2015年9月至2016年9期间来我院门诊就诊18-45岁进行前牙缺损修复治疗的患者67名,其中观察组采用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复共34例62颗患牙;对照组采用镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复共33例66颗患牙,所有患者在修复完成后1年由经过培训的口腔医生通过问卷调查和临床检查的方式记录修复体的颜色、边缘着色及边缘完整性的状况。结果经统计学分析,前牙修复在性别上无明显差异(P>0.05);卡方检验显示二氧化锆在修复体的颜色、边缘着色及边缘完整性三方面具有显著差异(P<0.05),且患者对二氧化锆满意度评分均高于镍铬合金。结论二氧化锆全瓷冠在前牙修复上具有理想的美学效果和较高临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efcacy of two zirconia all ceramic crown in the clinical comparison of two zirconia ceramic crowns and Ni Cr alloy ceramic crowns in front teeth restoration. Methods Sslect the tooth defect repair in 67 patients from September 2015 to 2016 9 during our hospital 18-45 years old , the observation group used two zirconia crowns for a total of 34 patients with 62 teeth; control group with Ni Cr alloy porcelain crown a total of 33 cases of 66 teeth in all patients 1 years after the completion of repair by trained dentists through questionnaire survey and clinical examination way to record the color of the restoration, edge coloring and edge integrity. Results By statistical analysis, no signifcant diference in gender of anterior teeth restoration （P〉0.05）; chi square test showed that zirconia restorations in two colors, with signifcant diferences between the three aspects of edge coloring and edge integrity （P〈0.05）, and patients with scores of two zirconia satisfaction were higher than nickel chromium alloy. Conclusion Two zirconia all ceramic crown has ideal aesthetic efect and high clinical value in anterior teeth restoration.
