美容卡环在可摘局部义齿中应用的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of the application of cosmetic clasp in removable partial denture

目的分析于可摘局部义齿中应用美容卡环的临床效果。方法分析本院2016年3月-2017年3月选择可摘局部义齿进行修复82例患者资料,按照不同类型卡环分成两组,将应用传统卡环修复35例患者设为对照组,将应用美容卡环修复47例患者设为观察组,对比两组临床效果。结果观察组牙齿松动度(0.25±0.06)、牙龈出血指数(0.55±0.32)均比对照组(0.79±0.55)、(1.85±0.46)优,且满意度总评分(91.80±3.65)分比对照组(70.68±1.40)分高(P<0.05);观察组预后总不良事件发生概率2.13%比对照组20.00%低(P<0.05)。结论于可摘局部义齿中应用美容卡环能够减少牙齿松动度和牙龈出血指数,提高患者满意度,且改善预后,可被临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efect of cosmetic clashing in removable partial denture. Methods The patients were divided into two groups according to diferent types of clasps. 35 patients with traditional clavage were treated as control group, and the patients were divided into two groups according to diferent types of clasps. 47 patients were treated with cosmetic clasp repair as the observation group, compared with the clinical efect of the two groups. Results The degree of tooth loosening （0.25 ± 0.06） and gingival bleeding （0.55 ± 0.32） were signifcantly higher than those in the control group （0.79 ± 0.55） and （1.85 ± 0.46）, and the satisfaction score （91.80 ± 3.65） （P〈0.05）. The incidence of total adverse events in the observation group was 2.13% lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the control group （70.68 ± 1.40） Conclusion The application of beauty clasp in removable partial denture can reduce the tooth loosening and gingival bleeding index, improve patient satisfaction, and improve the prognosis, can be clinically promoted.
