疏肝健脾补肾汤治疗黄褐斑的临床体会

Clinical experience of treating chloasma with Shugan Jianpi Bushen Decoction

目的探究疏肝健脾补肾汤治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年1月~2016年12月收治的100例黄褐斑患者作为研究对象,根据随机抽样原则分为试验组与对照组,其中试验组给予中医疏肝健脾补肾汤治疗,对照组给予常规西医治疗,对比观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率为100.00%,显著优于对照组患者的94.00%,对比差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者不适反应发生率为2.00%,显著小于对照组患者的4.00%,对比差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对黄褐斑疾病,采用中医疏肝健脾补肾汤治疗,能够有效提升治疗效果,且无药物不良反应,此种内治的方式能够从患者的体内进行脏器官的调理,进而达到消除色素沉着的作用,对斑痕疾病的治疗具有重要临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efect of Shugan Jianpi Bushen Decoction in the treatment of chloasma. Methods Seclect the paitients from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital, 100 cases of chloasma were treated as the research object, according to the principle of random sampling were divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group was given Shugan Jianpi Bushen decoction, the control group was given routine treatment of Western medicine and compare the therapeutic efect of two groups. Results Total efective rate of the experimental group was 100%, signifcantly better than the control group of 94% patients, compared with signifcant diference （P 〈 0.05）; the experimental group patient discomfort Reaction rate was 2%, signifcantly less than the control group of 4% patients, compared with signifcant diference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Treating chloasma disease with TCM Shugan Jianpi Bushen decoction treatment, can efectively improve the therapeutic efect, and no adverse drug reactions, the way to cure conditioning organs from patients in vivo, in order to eliminate the efect of pigmentation, which has important clinical value for the treatment of disease spots.
