摘要
目的探讨烧伤患者应用早期护理干预对降低疤痕发生率的作用。方法将我院于2013年11月至2016年11月期间收治的烧伤患者作为研究对象,共选择100例,按照随机数字抽取表法分为对照组与观察组各50例,给予对照组患者常规护理,给予观察组患者在此基础上增加早期护理干预,对两组患者的护理效果进行比较分析。结果观察组患者护理有效率为96.00%,对照组患者护理有效率为80.00%,观察组患者瘢痕发生程度更轻,P<0.05。结论对烧伤患者实施早期护理干预利于促使疤痕更快消除,降低疤痕情况的发生,具有重要的临床价值。
Objective to discuss the efect of early nursing intervention on the incidence of scarring. Methods Select the patients in our hospital during November 2013 to November 2016 who are burned,select 100 cases, according to the random number table extraction each 50 cases were divided into control group and observation group, control group patients＇ routine nursing care, give on the basis of the observation group patients increase early nursing intervention and nursing efect of two groups of patients for comparative analysis. Results The nursing efectiveness of the group was 96.00%, the control group was 80.00%, and the patients in the observation group had a lower degree of scarring, P〈 0.05. Conclusions Early nursing interventions in burn patients beneft from the rapid elimination of scarring and reduce the occurrence of scarring, which has important clinical value.
