大型化工容器现场组焊技术一直以来是设备施工的难点与重点,文章以混合式氧气储罐组焊项目为例,进行现场组焊技术的优化,包括焊接材料的选用、环缝及角焊缝坡口的设计以及施工准备如施工现场、机具、半成品处理工艺等。对焊接工艺方案进行了介绍,包括组装、装配、施焊工艺、焊缝处理、热处理以及耐压检测等方面,以期不断提升组焊水准,为工程实践提供有效的指导作用。

Spot welding for large scale chemical vessels has been the focus in equipment construction. This article describes the optimization of spot welding with the case study of the mixed oxygen tank welding project,which includes the selection of welding materials,design of the encircling weld and fillet weld groove,and construction preparation for construction site,equipment and semi-finished products treatment process. This article introduces the welding process including installation,assembly,welding process,welding seam treatment,heat treatment and pressure testing to improve the welding standard and provide guidance for engineering practice.
