摘要 目的筛选大孔吸附树脂富集新疆党参总黄酮的最佳工艺。方法以总黄酮的吸附率和解析率为指标,考察树脂类型、上样浓度、上样流速、洗脱剂种类及其用量等影响因素,优选最佳富集条件,确定新疆党参中总黄酮的最佳富集工艺。结果新疆党参总黄酮最佳富集工艺为:上样浓度为0.2g/mL,最大上样量为30mL(1.5BV),上样流速为1.0mL/min,洗脱剂为50%乙醇,洗脱剂用量为5BV,洗脱流速为1.0mL/min。结论方法简单、可行,适用于新疆党参中总黄酮的富集。 Objective To screen macroporous resins for enrichment process of the total flavonoids in Xin-jiang Codonopsis clematidea. Methods Make the adsorption rate and resolution rate as the index to inves-tigate factors on the resin type, concentration of sample, the sample flow rate and dosage of eluent and etc to screen out the optimal enrichment process of total flavonoids in Xinjiang Codonopsis clematidea. Results The optimal enrichment process were: 0.2 g/mL sample concentration with 30 mL (1.5 BV) maximum sample volume by 1.0 mL/min sample flow rate, and 50% ethanol eluent concentration with 5 BV elution volume and 1.0 mL/min eluent flow rate. Conclusion This process was simple, feasible, which could be suitable for enrichment of the total flavonoids in Xinjiang Codonopsis clematidea.
