摘要
以聚丙烯(PP)为接枝主链,N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)和聚甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(PEGMA)为共聚单体,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,采用熔融接枝法制备了两亲性改性剂PP-g-(NVP-co-PEGMA)。采用元素分析、傅里叶红外光谱、蛋白质吸附实验、水接触角测试对接枝共聚物进行了表征。结果表明,接枝共聚物出现了PEGMA和吡咯烷酮单体单元上羰基(C=O)的振动吸收峰;少量PEGMA的加入提高了NVP的接枝率,比单一的NVP单体提高了5.66%;制得的亲水改性剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和PEGMA的接枝率分别为21.36%、3.82%;PP-g-(NVP-coPEGMA)具有很好的亲水性,接触角由原来的105°下降至53°;接枝改性剂可以有效地抑制蛋白质的吸附,制得的膜具有良好的抗污染作用。
A twin-monomer-grafted polypropylene(PP)-based modifier was prepared by using Nvinyl pyrrolidone(NVP)and poly(ethylene glycol methacrylate)(PEGMA)as monomers through a melt grafting method.The resulting graft copolymer was characterized by elemental analysis,Fourier-transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy,protein adsorption experiment and contact angle test.FTIR analysis indicated that the two monomers were grafted onto PP successfully.The grafting rate of NVP on PP could be improved by the addition of a small amount of PEGMA,and the graft copolymer achieved a grafting rate of 21.36wt%for NVP and 3.82wt%for PEGMA.The graft copolymer exhibited good hydrophilicity,and its water contact angle decreases from 105°to 53°.The graft copolymer also can restrain the adsorption of protein effectively,so the membrane made from this graft copolymer is expected to have a good anti-pollution capability.
