新帝国主义奴役的自由:评新自由主义——兼评哈耶克的《通向奴役的道路》

The Freedom under the Neo-imperialism Enslavement: Comment on Neo Liberalism——a Review on Hayek′s the Road to Serfdom

当前我们进行的是供给侧结构性改革,而不是新自由主义供给学派的供给侧改革,我们的改革是要调结构的,用创新的产品去应对国际经济大潮的冲击,如果指望有关部门采取减税降费的新自由主义政策而不是调结构和创新,将只会浪费政策的努力,陷入经济困局而不拔。以哈耶克为首的新自由主义更加强调对工人阶级进行剥削与奴役的自由,并为新帝国主义对国家主权的削弱和对其他国家经济资源的自由掠夺和控制提供理论根据,从而成为了新帝国主义的政策主张和霸权工具。另外,哈耶克在《通向奴役的道路》一书中所攻击的社会主义,只不过是德国和奥地利曾经流行的纳粹的国家社会主义和第二国际那些修正主义者的社会主义,从而也只是形形色色的资本主义,而与马克思主义的科学社会主义无关。

At present we are carrying out supply-side structural reform rather than the neo liberalism school＇s supply-side reform. Our reform is to adjust the structure and then cope with the international economic shocks with innovative products. If you expect the relevant departments to take tax cutting down costs of the neo liberalism policies rather than structural adjustment and innovation, then the outcome will be end up with wasting policy efforts and further trapping into economic predicament. However, the new liberalism led by Hayek more emphasizes on the freedom to exploit and enslave working class,and further provides theory basis to weak national sovereignty and freely plunder and control other countries＇ economic resources for the new imperialism, which naturally becomes the policy and hegemony tool of the new imperialism. In addition, the socialism Hayek attacks in the Road to Serfdom only refers to right-wing socialism popular in the Nazi state and those second international revisionist socialism in German and Austria. Thus,they are just kinds of capitalism and have nothing to do with the Marxist scientific socialism.
