目前我国社会主义市场经济供需失衡倾向明显,面临着"次级产品堆积与有效需求消减、有效供给不足和优质性缺失、供需实差损耗及其负面转移效应"等问题;主要是由社会生产过程中的失衡状态所致,表现为"资本主义市场经济的生产特性隐现、开放市场环境下各部门竞争及其后果、资本霸权场域中道德话语权弱化"等;新形势下,以"供方规制和买方导向"推动供需的结构性优化,并从"思维理念再造、大数据匹配、合理化分配"等方向加强市场的战略性调适,促进市场供需的高效对接。

At present,the supply and demand imbalance in China＇s socialist market economy is obvious,which is faced with ＂secondary product accumulation and effective demand reduction,effective supply shortage and the lack of quality,actual loss of supply and demand and its negative transferring effect ＂ and so on;the above mentioned problems are mainly led by the imbalance state during the process of social production expressed as ＂characteristics looming of the capitalist market economy production,competitions and consequences of each department under the open market, the weakening of moral discourse in the field of hegemony＂ and so on; under the new situation, promote the structural optimization in accordance with ＂the supply regulating and buyer-orientation ＂, strengthen the strategic adjustment from the perspective of ＂thinking concept reengineering, big data matching, rational allocation＂ and so on, and motivate the efficient docking of the supply and demand market.
