Social Network and Corporation Internal Governance: Interpretation,Path and Effect

随着信息技术、网络技术和大数据科学的迅猛发展,社会网络逐渐成为多学科研究的热点问题。在对社会网络和公司治理的内涵进行释义和界定的基础上,从公司内部治理维度,对社会网络与公司内部治理的研究成果进行梳理,针对现有研究的不足进行剖析和总结,提出未来社会网络与公司治理研究中应该关注的主要问题。

With the rapid development of information technology,network technology and big data science,social network has become a hot issue in the research of multi discipline. On the basis of defining the connotation of social network and corporate governance, from the internal governance dimensions, we review and tease out the research results of social networks and corporation governance,and analyze and summarize the shortcomings as to the existing research. In the end,this paper puts forward the main problems that should be paid attention to in the study of social network and corporation governance in the future.
