The Research and Practice of Constructing Railway Professional Group in High Speed Rail Industry——A Case Study of Liuzhou Railway Career Technical College

为更好地服务高铁产业链及区域经济发展,柳州铁道职业技术学院作为西南地区唯一一所铁路行业背景的高等职业院校,主动调整专业结构布局,对接产业链设置专业群,依托广西轨道交通工程职业教育集团,以"一图二订单三标准"为抓手,与南宁铁路局、广铁集团等铁路企业紧密合作,进行课程体系、实训基地、师资队伍的建设,提升专业群服务产业链的能力。

In order to better serve the development of Guangxi high speed rail industry and regional economy,Liuzhou Railway Vocational Techinical College takes the initiative to adjust the professional structure,set up professional group by relying on the Guangxi Rail Traffic Engineering Occupation Education Group,and on the basis of'a figure,two orders and three standards'.Besides,Liuzhou Railway Vocational Techinical College closely cooperates with the Nanning Railway Bureau,Guangzhou Railway Group and other railway enterprises to construct a new curriculum system,a practice base,and establish a teaching staff promotion program in order to enhance the ability of group professional service industry.
