摘要
针对中低压配电网规划建设库中滚动项目的特点,基于项目量化评价结果提出了组合优选模型。根据项目分类,对中低压配电网项目建立综合评价指标体系,使用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重,结合模糊隶属度及秩和比法提出评价指标的自适应量化评价标准,进一步构建在总资金受限条件下的多项目组合优选模型,为配电网规划立项决策提供理论依据。已将该模型应用于福建省中低压配电网,验证了其有效性。
To MV and LV power distribution network for planning and construction project options,this paper proposed portfolio optimization model based on the project's quantitative evaluation result. According to project classification, the comprehensive evaluation index system was established, and the weight of evaluation index was determined by analytic hierarchy process, and the adaptive quantization evaluation standard of evaluation index was proposed by fuzzy subordinating degree and RSR method. Further,the multi-project portfolio optimization model with fund restriction was established, providing theoretical basis for power distribution network planning and project decision-making. The model was applied to MV and LV power distribution network in Fujian with verified effectiveness.
