“体育保健学”实验课程教学改革探析

Reform and Practice on Experimental Teaching of Physical Health

针对传统"体育保健学"实验课程的不足之处,对实验课程的教学内容、教学方法、教学理念、实践模式、考核评价体系等方面进行改革,提高学生对实验课程的重视程度,加强学生的课外练习,完善开放式实验教学模式,尝试走"医体结合"模式,引入职业技能培养和职业资格认证,利用运动康复俱乐部进行实践锻炼等方式,来提高实验教学效果。

Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional Physical health experimental course, the experimental teaching contents,teaching methods, teaching concept, practice mode and evaluation system were reformed in order to improve the experiment teaching effect through boosting students' emphasis on the experimental course, enhancing students' homework exercise, completing open experimental teaching mode, trying to take the 'medical-sport binding' mode, introducing vocational skills training and professional qualification authentication, setting up sports health club and Tuina massage association, and focusing on the introduction of the latest scientific research.
