在"一带一路"建设中,陆路边疆地区是开放的前沿和发展的"中心"。多民族、多宗教、多语言等因素构成的文化多样性,是"一带一路"建设的文化力量。"民心相通"是"一带一路"建设的社会根基,是边疆少数民族地区对外开放发展中最有优势的一个方面。承载这些文化的少数民族,滋养这些文化力量的民族区域自治地方,要用好这个优势,在"一带一路"建设的对外开放中,充分发挥文化的民心相通作用。做好我国民族、宗教工作的重大意义,是关系到"一带一路"建设成败的重要因素。

In the Belt and Road construction, border areas on the land route have become the frontier of opening up and the center of development. With the cultural diversity brought about by factors such as multi-groups, multi-religions, and multi-languages, the areas have been the cultural force in the Belt and Road construction. People-to-people bond provides the public support for the implementing the Initiative, and is the most advantageous part in the opening up of ethnic minority groups in border areas. Regional autonomous areas for ethnic minorities should make full use of the cultural force and realize the roles of culture in facilitating peopleto-people bond. Ethnic and religious issues are vital for the Belt and Road construction.
