眼震视图结合问诊及体格检查对眩晕症患者临床诊断应用分析

Analysis of clinical diagnosis application of videonystagmograph combined with inquiry and physical examination in vertigo patients

目的探讨眼震视图结合问诊及体格检查对眩晕患者前庭系统定位分析的应用价值。方法对168例眩晕患者予以问诊及体格检查,并进行眼震视图检查,予以定位前庭周围性眩晕和前庭中枢性眩晕,中枢性眩晕再进行头颈部影像学等其他检查,对眼震视图检查结果进行验证。结果 168例患者,由上述病史、体格检查结合眼震视图检查确诊周围性眩晕112例;由上述检查明确为中枢性眩晕,经头颅影像学等检查明确36例;由上述检查明确为中枢性眩晕,头颅影像学检查未见异常患者20例。结论对眩晕患者问诊结合体格检查并进行眼震视图检查可为前庭系统病变提供鉴别诊断,临床应用前景广阔。

Objective To explore the application value of videonystagmograph combined with inquiry and physical examination for vestibular system localization analysis in vertigo patients. Methods A total of 168 vertigo patients received inquiry, physical examination and videonystagmograph for location of vestibular peripheral and central vertigo, and if central vertigo, head and neck imaging examination was necessary. Videonystagmograph examination results were verified. Results Among 168 patients, there were 112 cases with confirming peripheral vertigo by medical history, physical examination and videonystagmograph. There were 36 cases with central vertigo by examination above, and they were confirmed by head imaging examination. There were 20 cases with central vertigo by examination above, and no abnormality in the head imaging examination. Conclusion Videonystagmograph combined with inquiry and physical examination can provide differential diagnosis for vestibular system lesions, and it has broad clinical application prospects.
