人工骨表面覆盖口腔修复膜预防阻生智齿拔除术后牙槽窝感染的作用研究

Research of effect by artificial bone surface covering mouth repairing film in prevention of tooth socket infection after impacted wisdom tooth arrachement

目的分析人工骨表面覆盖口腔修复膜预防阻生智齿拔除术后牙槽窝感染的作用。方法 88例接受阻生智齿拔除术治疗的患者,按照就诊顺序先后分成对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组术中缝合拔牙创面,观察组在缝合创面前填充人工骨粉,覆盖口腔修复膜后缝合闭合创面,对比两组患者术后出现不良反应情况。结果观察组术后伤口裂开、术后出血、术后感染发生率分别为0、0、13.64%,均明显低于对照组的13.64%、13.64%、43.18%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发生术后感染6例患者中轻度感染5例、重度感染1例,对照组发生术后感染19例患者中轻度感染12例、重度感染7例。结论人工骨表面覆盖口腔修复膜预防阻生智齿拔除术后牙槽窝感染效果较好,值得推广。

Objective To analyze effect by artificial bone surface covering mouth repairing film in prevention of tooth socket infection after impacted wisdom tooth arrachement. Methods A total of 88 patients receiving impacted wisdom tooth arrachement were divided by admission order into control group and observation group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group received intraoperative extraction wound suture, and the observation group received extraction wound suture after artificial bone powder filling and mouth repairing film covering. Comparison was made on occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The observation group had incidence of postoperative wound dehiscence, postoperative hemorrhage, and postoperative infection respectively as 0, 0, 13.64%, which were obviously lower than 13.64%, 13.64% and 43.18% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Among 6 cases with postoperative infection in the observation group, there were 5 cases with mild infection and 1 case with severe infection. Among 19 cases with postoperative infection in the control group, there were 12 cases with mild infection and 7 cases with severe infection. Conclusion Implement of artificial bone surface covering mouth repairing film shows excellent effect in prevention of tooth socket infection after impacted wisdom tooth arrachement, and this method is worth promoting.
