硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压的临床效果观察

Observation of clinical effect by nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with valsartan in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension

目的观察硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压的临床效果。方法 86例老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者作为研究对象,采用数字随机法将患者分为对照组和实验组,每组43例。对照组给予硝苯地平控释片治疗,实验组给予硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦治疗。对比分析两组患者的血压状况、尿白蛋白排泄率、空腹血糖情况及不良反应发生率。结果实验组血压、尿白蛋白排泄率、空腹血糖均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率(4.7%)明显低于对照组(23.3%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压的临床治疗中,采用硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦治疗,可改善患者的临床症状,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe clinical effect by nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with valsartan in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension. Methods A total of 86 senile type 2 diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension patients as study subjects were divided by random number table into control group and experimental group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received nifedipine controlled release tablets for treatment, and the experimental group received nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with valsartan for treatment. Comparative analysis was made on blood pressure, urinary albumin excretion rate, fasting blood glucose and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups. Results The experimental group had obviously lower blood pressure, urinary albumin excretion rate, and fasting blood glucose than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had obviously lower incidence of adverse reactions（4.7%） than the control group（23.3%）, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinical treatment of senile type 2 diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension, implement of nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with valsartan can improve clinical symptoms and lower incidence of adverse reactions in patients. This method is worth clinical promotion and application.
