中西医结合治疗肛窦炎的临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical effect by combined traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of anal sinusitis

目的对比三黄汤保留灌肠联合吲哚美辛三七冰片栓纳肛与0.2%甲硝唑溶液保留灌肠联合吲哚美辛三七冰片栓纳肛治疗肛窦炎的临床疗效。方法 70例肛窦炎患者,随机分为治疗组(采用三黄汤联合吲哚美辛三七冰片栓纳肛治疗)和对照组(采用0.2%甲硝唑溶液联合吲哚美辛三七冰片栓纳肛治疗),每组35例。比较两组临床疗效。结果经过2个疗程治疗后,治疗组总有效率、治愈率分别为100.00%、85.71%,均明显高于对照组的88.57%、42.86%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三黄汤保留灌肠联合吲哚美辛三七冰片栓纳肛治疗肛窦炎疗效显著确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare clinical effects between Sanhuang decoction for retention enema combined with compound indomethacin suppositories for returning anus and 0.2% metronidazole solution for retention enema combined with compound indomethacin suppositories for returning anus in the treatment of anal sinusitis. Methods A total of 70 patients with anal sinusitis were randomly divided into treatment group（received Sanhuang decoction for retention enema combined with compound indomethacin suppositories for returning anus） and control group（0.2% metronidazole solution for retention enema combined with compound indomethacin suppositories for returning anus）, with 35 cases in each group. Clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results After 2 treatment courses, the treatment group had total effective rate and cure rate respectively as 100.00% and 85.71%, which were obviously higher than 88.57% and 42.86% in the control group, and their differences all had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Sanhuang decoction and compound indomethacin suppositories shows precisely curative effect in treating anal sinusitis, and it is worth clinical promotion.
