耳内镜下鼓室注射甲强龙治疗中重度突发性耳聋的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of auris endoscopic intratympanic injection of methylprednisolone in the treatment of moderate-severe sudden deafness

目的探讨和分析耳内镜下鼓室注射甲强龙治疗中重度突发性耳聋的疗效。方法 120例中重度突发性耳聋患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组与治疗组,每组60例。对照组患者进行常规综合疗法,治疗组患者进行常规综合疗法加耳内镜下鼓室注射甲强龙治疗。分析两组患者的效果。结果治疗组患者的临床治疗总有效率98.33%高于对照组的76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组听力水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的听力水平均较治疗前得到明显改善,且治疗组患者的听力水平优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中重度突发性耳聋患者实施常规治疗的基础上增加耳内镜下鼓室注射甲强龙治疗的效果较好。

Objective To explore and analyze the curative effect of auris endoscopic intratympanic injection of methylprednisolone in the treatment of moderate-severe sudden deafness. Methods A total of 120 moderate-severe sudden deafness patients as study subjects were divided by random number table method into control group and treatment group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional comprehensive therapy, and the treatment group also received auris endoscopic intratympanic injection of methylprednisolone for treatment. Effect was analyzed in two groups. Results The treatment group had higher clinical treatment effective rate as 98.33% than 76.67% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in listening ability before treatment（P〉0.05）. After treatment, both groups had obviously improved listening ability than before treatment, and the treatment group had better listening ability than the control group. Their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Auris endoscopic intratympanic injection of methylprednisolone on the basis of conventional therapy shows good effect in treating moderate-severe sudden deafness.
