禅录俗语词“风后先生”商诂

Discussion on Colloquial Word “Feng Hou Xian Sheng”（风后先生） in Zen Literature

有学者认为禅录“风后”与“风前”相对,属言辞说教.此说混淆了“后”“後”二字,难以信从.禅录“风后先生”就是传说的黄帝之臣,前人解说不误.

The viewpoint that the meaning of “Feng Hou”（ 风后 ） and “Feng Qian”（ 风前 ） is opposite and that “Feng Hou”（ 风后 ） is related to preaching words is questionable because it confuses the two different characters “Hou”（ 后 ） and “Hou”（後）. In fact, “Feng Hou Xian Sheng”（风后先生 ）was a minister of the Yellow Emperor and since the previous interpretation was good, there is no need to put forward a new explanation.
