摘要
研究了非对称半指数量子阱中弱耦合极化子的受限势和基态能量性质.采用线性组合算符方法导出了GaAs非对称半指数量子阱中弱耦合极化子的基态能量随非对称半指数受限势的两个正参数的变化关系.通过数值计算结果显示非对称半指数量子阱的受限势随坐标z的增加而增大,受限势和极化子的基态能量是参量U_0的增函数,而它们是参量σ的减函数.
The properties of the confinement potential and the ground state energy of the weak-coupling polaron in a GaAs asymmetrical semi-exponential quantum well was found to vary according to the two parameters of the asym- metrical semi-exponential confinement potential which was derived by using a linear combination operator method. The numerical calculated resuhs show that the confinement potential of the asymmetrical semi-exponential quantum well enhances with rising of the coordinate .The confinement potential and the ground state energy of the polaron are a lifting function of the parameter, whereas they are a decreasing function of the parameter.
