摘要
多级孔分子筛是一种富含介孔的晶体沸石,兼备微孔沸石与介孔材料的优异性能,具有适宜的酸中心、优良的热稳定性与水热稳定性、丰富的介孔和较高的比表面积.优异的物化性能使其在不同的催化反应中特别是含有大分子的反应中表现出优异的催化活性.Beta和ZSM-5是较早研究并投入工业化的分子筛,多级孔Beta和ZSM-5的合成路线也较为成熟.本文综述了软模板法合成多级孔Beta分子筛和多级孔ZSM-5分子筛的方法,并展望了以软模板法合成多级孔分子筛的发展方向.在归纳这些合成方法的基础上,进一步阐述了这些方法的制备过程及特点.
Hierarchical molecular sieves are a type of zeolite crystals demonstrating excellent performance of both microporous zeolite and mesoporous materials with suitable acid centers, excellent thermal and hydrothermal stability, rich mesopores and high specific surface area. These physical and chemical properties provide opportunities for excellent catalytic activity in the reaction of different catalytic reactions, especially in the large molecules. Beta and ZSM-5 are molecular sieves that are used in the industry.In this paper, the method of synthesis of hierarchical zeolite molecular sieves Beta and hierarchical ZSM-5 of soft template method are reviewed and discussed .Based on the induction of these methods, the preparation process and characteristics of these methods are further expounded.
