利益相关者理论为海洋生态补偿机制研究和创新提供了新的理论视角和构建思路。基于利益相关者理论,海洋生态补偿机制由海洋生态补偿利益相关者、各利益相关者利益需求、海洋生态补偿原则、补偿方式、补偿标准、补偿保障等要素构成。以填海造地为例,可以为该理论机制的实践应用提供指导和参考。理论与实践研究相结合,旨在通过科学、有效的海洋生态补偿机制构建和应用,协调海洋生态环境保护和经济发展的矛盾,促进我国海洋生态资源的持续利用和健康发展。

The stakeholder theory provides a new theoretical perspective and a new approach to the research and innovation of marine ecological compensation mechanism. Based on the stakeholder theory, the marine ecological compensation mechanism is composed of such elements as marine ecological compensation stakeholders, the demand of stakeholders＇ interest, the marine ecological compensation principle, the compensation mode, the compensation standard, the compensation guarantee, and so on so forth. Take land reclamation as an example, it can provide guidance and reference for the practical application of the mechanism of the theory. The combination of both theory and practice is aimed at coordinating the contradiction between marine ecological environmental protection and economic development so as to promote the sustainable utilization and healthy development of marine ecological resources in China by constructing and applying the scientific and effective marine ecological compensation mechanism.
