新型入院宣教模式在结直肠外科加速康复流程中的应用

Application of A New Admission Education Model in the Fast-track Program of Colorectal Surgery

目的探讨加速康复外科理念引导下,新型入院宣教模式在结直肠外科患者中的应用效果。方法选取结直肠肿瘤患者236例随机分为对照组与干预组,对照组采用传统入院宣教方式,干预组采用新型入院宣教模式,比较两组患者入院宣教所需时间、满意度及对入院宣教内容的掌握程度。结果干预组入院宣教所需时间短于对照组(P<0.05),满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),对入院宣教内容的掌握程度高于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论新型入院宣教模式能缩短入院宣教时间,提高患者的满意度和对宣教内容的掌握程度,值得在临床工作中推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of a new admission education model in the patients with colorectal surgery under the guidance of fast-track surgery.Methods A total of 236 patients with colorectal cancer were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group.The control group was treated with the traditional admission education model,while the intervention group was treated with a new admission education model.The comparisons were made between the two groups in terms of the time needed for the admission education,satisfaction degree,and mastery degree of the admission knowledge.Results Compared with the control group,the time needed for the admission education was shorter,the satisfaction degree was higher and the mastery degree was higher in the intervention group,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The new admission education model can shorten the time needed for the admission and improve the patients′satisfaction degree and mastery degree of admission knowledge.Therefore,it is worthy of active application in the clinical practice.
