摘要
目的建立四川省中小学教师职业心理健康筛查量表的常模,为量表的应用提供参考标准。方法随机抽取四川省中小学教师共874名,采用四川省中小学教师职业心理健康筛查量表进行调查,包含强迫、神经衰弱、焦虑、抑郁、职业倦怠、人格障碍和积极心理7个分量表。由临床专家与研究者根据临床诊断标准制定划界常模;在分析被试评分特点的基础上,计算不同年龄的百分位常模。结果四川省中小学教师职业心理健康特征多样且错综复杂,最突出的职业心理问题是职业倦怠,发生率约11.7%,其次是神经衰弱,发生率约5.5%。以平均分3分为界建立了各分量表划界常模,获得了与划界常模对应的频数比例;并计算了各分量表的年龄别第50,第75,第85,第90和第95百分位数。结论中小学教师职业心理健康筛查量表常模,可为四川省中小学教师职业心理健康筛查提供客观依据。
Objective To establish the norms of occupational mental health scale for primary and secondary teachers in Sichuan and provide references for the application of this scale.Methods 874 primary and secondary teachers in Sichuan were selected randomly and their occupational mental health were assessed by the occupational mental health scale involving 7 aspects:obsessive compulsive disorder, neurasthenia, anxiety, depression, occupational burnout,personality disorders and positive mentality.The cut-off scores were established by the researchers and clinical experts according to the clinical diagnostic criteria,and the percentile norms of different age groups were calculated after analyzing the distribution of the scores.Results The occupational mental health of the primary and secondary teachers in Sichuan was diverse and complex.The most common psychological problem was occupational burnout with the incidence rate of 11.7% which was followed by neurasthenia with the incidence rate of 5.5%.The mean score of 3 was used as the cut-off score for each aspect,the corresponding frequency ratio was obtained,and the 50th,75th,85th,90th,and 95th percentiles of each sub-score was calculated.Conclusion The norms of occupational mental health scale can provide the objective basis for screening the mental health status of the primary and secondary teachers in Sichuan.
