摘要
针对含铜转炉渣中含铜硫化物较多、回收困难的现状,采用硫酸加压浸出回收其中的铜,重点研究了浸出气氛、硫酸初始浓度、浸出温度和浸出时间等工艺参数对铜浸出率的影响。结果表明,在硫酸初始浓度150 g/L,液固比3,通入压缩空气流量0.2 Nm^3/h,反应时间4 h,浸出温度70℃,浸出压力0.4 MPa的试验条件下可获得渣中铜的浸出率大于97%的效果,可实现铜的高效回收。
Giuen that copper converter slag containing much copper sulphide and copper being difficult to recover using traditional treatments, the pressure acid leaching process was used to recover copper, and many technology parameters such as leaching atmosphere, initial concentration of sulfuric acid, leaching temperature and leaching time were studied. The result show that initial concentration of sulfuric acid, liquid-solid ratio, compress air flow, react and under these conditions time, leaching temperature and leaching pressure are 150 g/L, 3, 0.2 Nm^3/h, 4h, 70 ℃ , 0. 4 MPa, respectively, and under these conditions the recovery ratio of copper can arrive over 97% , and copper can be recovered effectively.
