摘要
德兴铜矿4#尾矿库铜尾矿铜品位接近工业临界开采品位,具有品位低、粒度细的特点。采用浮选工艺对该尾矿进行浮选回收试验研究。结果表明,采用硫化矿、氧化矿分别浮选的方式进行浮选,并对硫化铜矿物进行再磨再选,最终可获得铜综合回收率为75.2%,品位为13.67%的硫化铜精矿和品位为6.82%的氧化铜精矿。
The 4# tailings in Dexing copper mine owns low grade and fine granularity characteristics. The copper grade is close to the critical industrial grade. Experimental study on flotation recovery of the tailings from flotation process was carried out. The results show that the sulfide ore and oxide ore can be separated by flotation and the copper concentrate the with the grade of 13.67% and the copper oxide concentrate with the grade of of grade 6.82% can be obtained respectively by regrinding the copper sulfide minerals and whilst copper comprehensive recovery is 75.2%.
