摘要
针对双轴桨叶式干燥机凭经验和反复试验确定操作参数而导致的试验周期长、生产成本高、干燥效果不理想的问题,通过建立双轴桨叶式干燥机CFD模型,对双轴桨叶式干燥机气固两相流的数值模拟开展研究。揭示了双轴桨叶式干燥机气固两相流的流场和温度场的分布规律,探究了桨叶轴转速和蒸汽温度对出料口物料含水率的影响,研究结果为双轴桨叶式干燥机的结构优化及操作参数的合理选择提供重要的理论参考。
Aiming at the operation parameters of biaxial paddle dryer determined by repeated test relied on the experience, and it resulting in long test period, high production cost and undesirable drying effect, the biaxial paddle dryer CFD model was established to study the numerical simulation of gas-solid two-phase flow of the biaxial paddle dryer. The results reveal that the distribution of the flow field and temperature field of gas-solid two-phase flow of the biaxial paddle dryer, and the influence of different blade speeds and different steam temperatures on moisture content of material from discharge port. An important theoretical guide is provided for the structure optimization and the selection of operation parameters of the biaxial paddle dryer.
