布地奈德福莫特罗与白三烯受体拮抗剂治疗支气管哮喘的中短期疗效研究

Budesonide f ROM mott and leukotriene receptor antagonists in the treatment of bronchial asthma and medium-term efficacy research

目的:观察布地奈德福莫特罗与白三烯受体拮抗剂治疗支气管哮喘的中短期疗效。方法:随机选取2014年5月~2016年3月我院收治的支气管哮喘患者98例,分为对照组、观察组。对照组49例,给予布地奈德福莫特罗粉剂吸入治疗;观察组49例,给予布地奈德福莫特罗粉剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组治疗前后PEF、FEV1及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组PEF、FEV1比较差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PEF、FEV1均改善,观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率(93.9%)明显高于对照组(79.6%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德福莫特罗粉剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘,可显著改善肺功能,提高临床疗效。

Objective：To observe budesonide f ROM mott and leukotriene receptor antagonists in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma short-term curative effect. Methods：Randomly selected from May 2014 to March 2016,98 cases of bronchial asthma patients of our hospital,were divided into control group. The control group,49 cases given budesonide f ROM mott powder inhalation therapy.Observation group of 49 cases,given budesonide joint Lu Si meng f ROM mott powder,sodium treatment. Compare two groups before and after treatment in patients with PEF,FEV1 and clinical curative effect. Results：Before the treatment,two groups of PEF,FEV1 comparative differences are statistically significant（P〈0.05）,after treatment,PEF,FEV12 group were improved,and the observation group is better than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Efficient observation treatment group（93.9%）is significantly higher than the control group（79.6%）,statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Budesonide f ROM powder mott joint meng Lu Si sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma patients,can significantly improve patients with pulmonary function,improve clinical curative effect.
