恩度与化疗联合治疗多种晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效分析

Grace and combination therapy of late malignant tumor chemotherapy curative effect analysis

目的:观察分析恩度与化疗联合治疗多种晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法:选取我院收治的晚期恶性肿瘤患者88例为本次研究对象,分成观察组和对照组。对照组采用化疗的治疗方法,观察组采用恩度联合化疗的方式治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率81.8%,对照组治疗总有效率54.55%;观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:恩度联合化疗对多种晚期恶性肿瘤的治疗效果显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective：to observe the analysis,and the curative effect of combined treatment of a variety of late malignant tumor chemotherapy. Methods：to choose our hospital 88 cases of late malignant tumor patients as the study object,is divided into observation group and control group. The control group were treated by chemotherapy treatment, observation group with grace combination chemotherapy treatment. Contrast the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results：the total effective rate of observation group patients 81.8%, control group total effective rate 54.55% treatment; The total effective rate of observation group patients were significantly higher than those in the control group,P〈0.05,with statistical significance. Conclusion：the degree of MDT to a variety of late malignant tumor treatment effect is remarkable,safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion.
