索利那新治疗前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的临床有效性

Ensuring that the new treatment of prostate electricity cut the clinical effectiveness of postoperative bladder spasm

目的:探究索利那新治疗前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的临床应用效果。方法:以我院2015年1月~2016年1月进行前列腺电切术的120例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组术后服用淀粉安慰剂,观察组术后服用索利那新片。对比分析两组术后膀胱痉挛发生情况。结果:观察组术后膀胱痉挛治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:索利那新能够有效缓解前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛,促进康复,减少不良反应。

Objective：to explore the par with the new treatment of prostate electricity cut postoperative clinical application effect of bladder spasm. Methods：from January 2015 to January 2016 in prostate electricity cut method,120 cases of patients as the research object,its were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control patients taking placebo,starch postoperative observation group of patients after taking ensuring that new movie. Compared two groups of patients with postoperative bladder spasm is happening. Results：observation group of patients with bladder spasm after treatment efficiency is significantly higher than the control group,significant difference statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：ensuring that the new can effectively alleviate and eliminate the prostate of bladder spasm after cutting,the prognosis of patients with in promoting recovery,reduce adverse reactions produce has important significance.
