美索巴莫注射液临床使用合理性评价

Rationality Evaluation of Methocarbamol Injection Use

目的:对我院美索巴莫注射液的使用情况进行合理性评价。方法:查阅相关资料,对2016年7月1~15日使用美索巴莫的病历进行点评,将出现的问题进行整理、汇总、分析。结果:在153份病历中,存在不合理使用现象的有38份,占比24.8%。结论:美索巴莫使用时需注意说明书中用药疗程、禁忌症以及药物相互作用部分,避免不合理用药。

Objective： To evaluate the rationality of methocarbamol injection use. Methods： By consulting the relevant information,all inpatient methocarbamol injection prescriptions during Jul.01 st,2016 ~Jul.15 th,2016 were assessed, and the irrational factors were collected and analyzed. Results： To avoid irrational use of methocarbamol injection,drug treatment course,contraindications and interactions should be given attention.
