摘要
为满足某柴油机对润滑系统的开发需求,对润滑系统进行了一维流体稳态模拟计算分析,从而确定润滑系统零部件的关键技术参数,使发动机各零部件之间有合理的流量和阻力分配。同时通过性能试验验证以及耐久可靠性试验的考核,确定了该发动机的润滑系统设计满足整机要求。
In order to meet the development requirements for lubrication system of some certain diesel engines, a one-dimensional fluid steady-state simulation analysis has been conducted on lubrication system to determine the key technical parameters of lubrication system components, achieving reasonable distributions on flow and friction between parts of the engine. Meanwhile, through performance tests on durability and reliability, the design of engine lubrication system has been confirmed to meet the requirements of the overall unit.
