摘要
采用紫外光加速老化试验箱、材料试验机和DMA研究了紫外光辐照时间对PBO纤维复合材料性能的影响。研究结果表明:紫外光辐照导致PBO纤维复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度以及层间剪切强度出现了一定程度的下降,但对复合材料的模量影响较小;经紫外光辐照一定时间后,PBO纤维复合材料的耐热性和刚性均有所提高,随着辐照时间增加,复合材料的E′和E″向低温方向移动,表明复合材料的耐热性和刚性又开始下降。
The effects of UV-visible light radiation on PBO fiber reinforced composites were studied in this paper by using a UV-visible light weatherometer, a universal testing machine and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA).The results indicate that the tensile strength, flexural strength and interlaminar shear strength of PBO fiber reinforced composites decline to some extent after UV- visible light radiation, while the tensile and flexural modulus of the composites experience little changes.The heat-resistance property and rigidity of the composites increase to some extent after UV-visible light radiation.However,the E' and E" of the composites shift toward low temperature with exposure time increasing, which means some decline of heat-resistance property and rigidity of the com- posites.
