摘要
自动化精准灌溉系统在现代化农业生产中得到了越来越广泛的应用。灌溉阀作为灌溉系统的主要控制设备,对整个系统的准确、可靠运行起到了关键作用。通过对目前灌区灌溉系统中灌溉阀存在问题的分析与研究,提出了优化设计方案,并进行了实验验证。结果表明,改进后的灌溉阀具有工作稳定、智能反馈、低压开启等特点,显著提高了灌溉系统的运行可靠性及灌区自动化灌溉技术水平。
Accurate automatic irrigation system has been widely used in modern agricultural production. As a kind of control tool, the irriga- tion control valve is of great importance for the accurate and reliable operation of irrigation systems. This paper conducts an analysis and study of the existing problem in the current irrigation system.Then, an optimized design scheme is proposed and put into field test. Experiment re- suits indicate that the optimized control valve has the advantage of stable operation, intelligent feedback, low pressure actuation, which has significantly improved the reliability and technical level of the irrigation system.
