摘要
针对已运行的调蓄工程中大流量、长距离有压泵站输水管道在瞬变过程中阀门两段关闭的响应特性进行数值实验。选定管路中特征断面的最大、最小压力值,水泵流量倒流最大值和转速倒转最大值及持续时间作为观测指标,分别考虑阀门两段关闭时间和快关阀门角度变化,研究了观测指标的变化规律,得出最大负压主要由快关时间决定,而最大压力上升由慢关时间确定,并根据控制参数的特性可确定两阶段关阀控制"可行域"。研究结论可为泵站输水工程确定瞬变最优阀门控制规律提供指导。
This paper focuses on the operation of the storage project, transient characteristics of large discharge and long distance pressured pumping station pipeline system are studied, the numerical model has been built and numerical tests are carried out. Responses of the maxi- mum, minimum pressure value of the pipeline, the maximum reversed flow and the maximum reversed rotational speed of the pump and their durations are taken into consideration by the different control measures of the butterfly valve closing time and the first closing valve angle. The studies show that the maximum pressure dropping is decided by the quick closing stage, and the maximum pressure rising is determined by the slow closing stage, and according to the characteristics of the control parameters, the paper can determine the two stage valve closing time of a "feasible control region". The conclusions of the studies can be used to determine the optimal transient valve control of pumping station for the water conveyance project.
