关节镜下清理术联合中药治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察关节镜下清理术联合中药治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法将48例KOA患者随机分为2组,对照组24例予关节镜下清理术,治疗组24例在对照组治疗基础上联合独活寄生汤加减内服、舒筋红花酊外用,均7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程。观察2组治疗前后Lysholm评分、美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)变化,比较2组疗效。结果 2组治疗后Lysholm评分、HSS评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后Lysholm评分、HSS评分高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。治疗组优良率91.67%,对照组66.67%,2组优良率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论关节镜下清理术联合中药治疗KOA,对于减轻膝关节疼痛、延缓关节退变、改善关节功能有明显作用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods 48 KOA patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n = 24) was treated by arthroscopic debridement. The treatment group (n = 24) was treated by modified duhuo - jisheng decoction for oral and shujin - saffron tincturefor external use on the basis of the control group treatment. A treatment course was 7 d continuously for d courses. The score changes of Lysholm and hospital for special surgery knee score (HSS) before and after treatment were observed in two groups, and the curative effects were compared. Results The scores of Lysholm and HSS after treatment were increased in two groups ( P 〈 0.05), and which in treatment group were higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05). There were statistical differences on excellent and good rate between the treatment group (91.67%) and the control group (66.67%, P 〈 0.05). The curative effect in treatment group was better than that in control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement combined with traditional Chinese medicine has significant effects of reducing knee pain, delaying joint degeneration and improving joint function on KOA.
