耳穴贴压、针刺联合眩晕1号方治疗痰湿壅盛型原发性高血压临床观察

Clinical observation of auricular plaster,acupuncture combined with No.1 vertigo formula on primary hypertension with excessive phlegm-dampness type

目的观察耳穴贴压、针刺联合眩晕1号方治疗痰湿壅盛型原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法将367例原发性高血压患者随机分为2组,在内科常规治疗基础上,对照组175例予中药眩晕1号方治疗,治疗组192例在对照组治疗基础上加耳穴贴压、针刺治疗,2组均每周治疗3次,治疗4周。观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、血压变化,比较2组中医证候疗效、血压疗效及满意度。结果治疗组中医证候总有效率97.92%,对照组73.71%,2组中医证候总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候疗效优于对照组。治疗组血压总有效率98.36%,对照组82.29%,2组血压总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组血压疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后中医证候积分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后收缩压、舒张压均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压、针刺联合眩晕1号方治疗痰湿壅盛型原发性高血压,临床疗效显著,易被患者接受,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of auricular plaster, acupuncture and No. 1 vertigo formula on the treatment of primary hypertension with excessive phlegm - dampness type. Methods 367 patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of routine medical treatment, the control group （n = 175） was treated by No. 1 vertigo formula, the treatment group （ n = 192） was treated by auricular plaster and acupuncture on the basis of control group treatment. The two groups were treated 3 times per week for 4 weeks. The changes of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome score and blood pressure were observed in two groups. The effects of TCM syndrome, blood pressure, satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of TCM in treatment group （97.92%） was superior to that in control group （73.71%, P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of blood pressure in treatment group （98.36%） was superior to that in control group （82.29%, P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of TCM syndrome after treatment were reduced in two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）, and which in treatment group were reduced more obviously. The systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure after treatment were reduced in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the decreased in treatment group were more obviously （ P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Auricular plaster, acupuncture and No. 1 vertigo formula has remarkable curative effect on hypertension with excessive phlegm- dampness tyoe. whichis acceptle to patients, worthy of clinical promotion.
