太平洋战争前后国民政府的外交战略与对美宣传——以国际广播电台为中心的考察 被引量:1

摘要 抗战爆发以后,国民政府在坚持抗战的同时,也相当重视对国际援助的争取。其中,争取美国的援助成为贯穿国民政府战时外交战略的一个中心工作。如何做好对美宣传,争取美国早日加入太平洋战争成为中国抗战的有力援助,一直都是国民政府对外宣传的重点。国际广播电台作为国民政府对外宣传的喉舌,其广播内容则是国民政府这一外交战略的直接体现。在太平洋战争爆发前后,国民政府的对美宣传也随着战争的进程不断变化侧重点。直到1943年中美签订新约之后,在建立"新型的中美关系"的外交战略思想影响之下,国民政府的对内战略也有了更为彻底的转变。 After the Second Sind -Japanese War broke out, the Nationalist government placed a cer- tain value on gaining international aid funds while it continued to battle the Japanese. The struggle to earn American aid money became a key part of the Nationalist government' s foreign policy strategy. How to cre- ate effective propaganda for an American audience so that they would enter the Pacific Front of WWII as China' s ally as soon as possible was always the focus of Nationalist international propaganda. The Interna- tional Radio Station served as the GMD' s mouthpiece for international propaganda, as well as the embodi- ment of Nationalist foreign policy strategy. Both before and after the war in the Pacific broke out, the Na- tionalists continued to adjust the main points of the propaganda they directed at Americans to accord with the progress of the War. Even after 1943, when China and the United States signed a new treaty, the GMD' s foreign strategy continued to make significant changes to its domestic strategy with the hope of es- tablishing a "new style of Sino- American relations. "
