摘要
采用两种正渗透膜HTI-ES和HTI-NW膜研究了浓差极化对膜通量的耦合作用,阐述了浓缩的外浓差极化和稀释的内浓差极化对膜通量的影响。结果表明内浓差极化是造成膜通量减小的主要原因,在此基础上同时结合浓差极化模型,求得了外浓差极化系数k和内浓差极化系数K,并对实验数据进行了拟合,该模型计算出的HTI-ES水通量与实验吻合良好。
In this investigation, the coupled effects of Dilutive internal and Concentrative external concentration polarization on permeate flux were elucidated and discussed for two types of FO membranes ( HTI - ES and HTI - NW) at FO mode. It was found that the cause of water flux reductions is mainly due to severe internal concentration polarization. Base on the data, the external concentration modulus k and internal concentration coefficient K was calculated, then the water flux was predicted. Water flux of HTI - ES calculated by the model fitted well with the experiment.
