摘要
采用溶液浸渍法将AgNO_3负载于细孔硅胶载体,并通过微波方式进行强化分散制备AgNO_3/SiO_2乙烯络合吸附剂,考察不同微波时间AgNO_3/SiO_2对乙烯/乙烷的分离效果。通过红外光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对吸附剂进行表征。负载AgNO_3后微波10min,在25℃,0.5MPa吸附条件下,AgNO_3/SiO_2吸附剂对乙烯的吸附量达到42.85m L/g,吸附选择系数提高至2.82,具有良好的工业应用前景。
The AgNO3/SiO2 adsorbent was prepared by loading silver nitrate on the fine pored silica gel substrate through solution impregnation method and dispersing through microwave heating, and exploring AgNO3/SiO2 adsorbent which microwave heating at different time for ethylene and ethane separation effect. Then characterizations like infrared spectroscopy( IR), X -ray diffraction 〈XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were tested. The adsorbent which loading silver nitrate and microwave heating at 10 min, the amount adsorbed and adsorption selectivity of AgNO3/SiO2 for ethylene is 42.85mL/g and 2.82 at 298K, 0.5MPa. It has a good prospect of industrial application.
